1. Who we are

2. What No Idea Bear does
We help you choose a business idea based on your interests and skills, then help you set up and run that business. This can include creating products and listings, setting up an online shop, and running advertising. We use AI tools to do much of this work.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use No Idea Bear for a company, you confirm you are authorised to agree to these terms on its behalf.
4. You decide, and you approve
Your business is yours to direct. We will not publish content, send emails or messages, or spend your advertising budget on your behalf without your approval, except for: [LIST ANY ROUTINE ACTIONS YOU WANT USERS TO PRE-APPROVE, OR STATE "NONE"].

5. What you own

6. No guarantee of results

7. Fees
It is free to start. Once your business is live, we charge:

8. Payments and payouts

10. Your responsibilities
You agree that your business will follow the law where you and your customers are, including consumer protection, product safety and tax rules. 11. AI-generated content
Much of what we create is made with AI. It can contain mistakes, and it can accidentally resemble existing designs or brands. Please check content before you approve it. We will also [CONFIRM: any checks you run, e.g. trademark screening].
12. Cancelling and refunds
